Audit
We're happy to visit you onsite and conduct a FREE audit of your IT system and provide you with recommendations regarding computer equipment and software.
Terms
Our RATES are $120.00 / hr ex. GST for all on site works and we don't usually charge for travel time unless we need to travel to outer metropolitan Melbourne, i.e., distances greater than 30 km from Coburg (our base). We do service clients as far as The Mornington Peninsula in the south and Keynton / Woodend in the north. Our terms are invoice payable upon receipt. We offer a timely service at a very good rate and expect that the client will pay promptly in kind. We take cash, cheque or EFT payment. All of our jobs are 100% fully documented and sent to the client along with the invoice.
Hardware sales & support
We supply and install desktop computers, servers, laptops, printers, network hardware and computer peripherals. We repair desktop computes and servers.
Servers
We install and configure Microsoft Terminal Services, Microsoft Small Business Server, Microsoft Server 2000, Microsoft Server 2003, Microsoft Server 2008 and Microsoft Exchange Server.
Networking
We provide network support, configure network equipment inc. routers, cable modems, wireless and ADSL modems and setup Remote Desktop.
Backup
We implement backup solutions and supply backup hardware inc. tape backup drives, supply, install and configure backup software.
On going support
We specialise in on going computer and server support and provide scheduled maintenance for business and home users alike.
Data recovery
We provide hard disk data recovery services.
Software development
We write databases in Microsoft Access, do software development including PHP programming and MySQL databases for the internet.
We develop CRM systems and convert paper forms to electronic forms.
Google and SEO
We give advice on search engine optimization. We setup Google Adwords accounts.
Software packages
We install and maintain realestate, accounting, medical and dental practice software packages on standalone computers and networks.
Staff
We only have Australian staff and use qualified technicians.

History
ISCaN has been operating since 1996. We know how to build and maintain business IT systems.
Records Management and volume document scanning
ISCaN has a qualified records manager on staff proficient in Records Management Australian Standards ISO 15489.
We can assist with your records requirements including records creation, retention and disposal.
We also provide document imaging and volume scanning solutions. Please let us know if you have space issues in your office with respect to storing documents and archives. We can scan all your documents, files and archives for fast electronic retrieval.
